It looks like everyone but Scott777 is writing a book about God and his infinite secrets to the mind!
For those that were not aware, Ohio revised code makes it LAW that a landlord MUST provide hot water as a condition of renting an apartment or home. Scott and his statement that he does not have hot water is a lie. He has the legal right to not utilize that hot water so it does not increase his utility bill but his constant lying about not having any hot water is a bigger lie than him going to write his worthless book.
Do crazy people know they are crazy? That's not book worthy.
