The REAL truth by troll2, part 4. No more "Mr. NIceguy".
I've been sick lately and haven't been able to write much. By now, most of the people I know, have read MY side of what has been going on and I hope they believe I am truthful. I have no reason to lie.
This time I am writing about Mr. Niceguy. No more mr. niceguy. Sounds like the song.
As most of the OG's know, mr.niceguy came onto battlecam. You either loved him or hated him. He would do anything for attention, like many others. In my opinion, mr. niceguy was sold down the river, bigtime.

Why has filmon or battlecam not intervened to get this settled or help out either side?

Clearly, Judge Leineweber should hold that battlecam and its parent company filmon should be held partially liable for encouraging mr. niceguy to go farther and crazier on any of his stunts for more attention, recognition and prize money. It's sad that he has been thrown to the curb, in my opinion.
I went to battlecam main page the other day to look up some of dadeads old archives. Hmm, none. I typed in mr. niceguys archives. none. Isn't it funny that they are erased or missing??

You pay for an escort to go to Canada and give a battlecam member sex for the first time and you sent a really fat girl as a joke and he had no idea. Har har.
You pay diamond diva to call and order a pizza in her bra and panties. The pizza guy comes in, seeing her dressed like that and she's turning him on. She then starts to scream RAPE RAPE and the driver says that it never happened and flee's. Everyone laughs. Others found it disturbing.
You pay Justin to hide his videocamera and try and get some girl in bed. Everyone is egging this on while Alki phones him on instructions. Finally, someone, troll2, changes his nickname to Jeronimo and threatens to call the FBI if that girl wasn't told she was being videotaped illegally and have this stopped. It is stopped and the girl hits Justin in the face as she runs out. THAT STUNT was a violation of California law on videotaping and with sound. Had it went through, she could have sued battlecam and filmon for a ton of money.
These examples are only a mere fraction of what has went on. Mr. Niceguy was no more guilty or innocent than the next guy. Both Mr. Niceguy and Dadead knew what was going on. Neither of them had to log on to battlecam for more. It was their choice. A choice mr. niceguy chose to be part of this and earn extra money.
I certainly would not hold the city or hospital negligent of anything. This "prank gone to far" was part of the spirit of battlecam. Innocent bystanders should not have to pay for actions that are not only condoned but encouraged. Suddenly "no more mr.niceguy" and everyone acts like they do not know him and try to distance themselves from liability. Lily is just as guilty encouraging all this. I'd fire that bitch so fast it made her head spin right off her head. Let her go fill out her granny filled years in a rest home.
Did anyone watch the little Mr. Herb Derpman video, in which he names lilies last name and calls her out for being a "cunt"? I laughed my ass off. Everyone hates the bitch.
Even in the above video of mr. niceguy setting himself on fire, you hear him talking to alki, and then to Lily. It's ok to use someone and then discard them away and wash your hands from it. Blood is on their hands indeed.

The real truth by troll2 part 3
When you decide to make a decision about finances, there are many decisions to be thought out and made so you can maximize your own personal wealth. When I was on filmon chat as an ADMIN, alki told me he had stock on the market in Frankfurt and Berlin. I bought about $39,000 worth of stock and it amounted to 30,000 shares.
Alki had a signup page on his filmon site that took you to a filmon page with bloomberg. There he had the stock listed and listings of what all he was doing with the company and who all was jumping on board. Company after company seemed to be signing on. The stock symbols was 2FOA.F You could sign up and register and get 10 free shares. He told me to "tell everyone" and "spread the news". I did. I must have told 1,000 people, literally. At my doctors office, family and friends, associates at work.
Did anyone even get those 10 free shares? NO ! Yet another lie.
Later, in an email, he told me "as a stockholder you have the right to know that your 30,000 shares have grown to 300,000 shares because of a stock consolidation". The stock was taken off the stock market a few months after I had bought stock and it was held privately. AFTER he emailed me that my 300,000 shares would soon be back on the market publicly he stated that they would be worth "5x to 10x their value from the last stock price which was about .70 cents usd. "NO 10x" he said. They were going to put it back on the market in a few weeks.
WHAT'S WORSE is that even up to a week before hand he private messaged me that "next week for sure, it's going back on the market". Low and behold it came back on the stock market at $6.65, as I recall and he changed the symbol to FMX.F.
THEN he told me that my 300,000 shares were now 300 shares under the FMX.F symbol. What? that's a devaluation of about 95% !!!
I emailed him and asked why he divided my shares by 100 and devalued it. He emailed back that "I did not divide your shares by 100, I divided them by 100". ???? Yep, that's what he wrote.
I told him that CBS was suing him for not having the licensing agreements to show their pictures and he should have disclosed that from the beginning. He said he did have the right. I said "CBS GOT A RESTRAING ORDER, YOU DID NOT HAVE THE RIGHT".
He then told me those 300,000 shares were a "gift" and if I ever wanted to see any money I had better be nice. He later , told me he did not want me to have them.
He then said that he would be more than happy to buy anyone's 2FOA.F at their original price plus 10%. I told him to keep his 10% that was never part of the deal. I told him that he's used all our money for 2 years and 3 months and then just wants to pay it back? He said "that's legal". Wow. At no time did he ever tell me he was going to devalue my shares or change the stock symbol.
Again, even up to a week before they were held privately to being traded publicly he told me "NEXT WEEK". He did say, "while I cannot promise liquidity, they'll be 10x their worth". So, if I were to dump the 300,000 shares , there would be no cash until someone wanted to buy that block of stock.
Someone I knew bought about 5,000 shares. Alki refunded my original 39k and owed this guy about 5k I believe. He should have given him the 10% for those 2 years and 3 months but did not. He emailed me "I promise", to give that guy his money back plus 10%. He did not give him the 10%. That guy thinks I made up all this and strung him along for 2 yrs 3 months and now we never talk !!!
Where was his 10 free shares too? He registered and not only registered he bought 5k worth of stock. Another lie.
2FOA.F or FMX.F FilmOn.com stock. As an ex stockholder, I'd now tell anyone that my personal opinion is this stock is a "STRONG DO NOT BUY"
Alki and I got into it and its my true belief that his personal grudge got the best of him and he's ruined me. Tons of people ask me "how is your stock pick doing?". "Where are my 10 free shares?". For months, I had to try and come up with an explanation.
At the very end, alki sent me an email that stated that he'd come after me and my whole family. I emailed back that I printed that out and that if I get any prank phone calls , threats , death threats, I'd go to the local prosecutors office and tell them what he's doing to me.
I reminded him that when he came on battlecam he said some writer interviewed him for a few hours and was going to write an article about him. He said the interview "went well". Well, one day alki calmly comes on eating a bowl of soup. He said he has a number for the crowd. 555.555.5555 "Joe Mullin, call him up and give him death threats". What??
I picked up the phone and dialed the number and told Joe Mullins machine that he was about to get a lot of crank calls and exactly where they came from. I HAD to do this. Can you imagine getting death threats over your voice mail and not being able to sleep or always looking behind your shoulder to wonder who made those calls?? It was the right thing to do and I would have done it for anyone. Joe Mullin has a copy of that video. The archive on battlecam has been deleted !! Alki wrote me "you are going to get me in trouble !".
I told him, "well, do NOT make death threats against anyone". That is absolutely wrong. The world is fuked up enough without someone literally worrying at night who is making them death threat calls.

I have asked alki's attorneys to tell him to publicly state an apology for making the statement that "i bought that stock on the open market despite his objections telling me not to". That is an out right God damn lie !
They did not respond. I know I have a very good case. Who wants to go through with suing someone? I will because, I have known that guy 18 yrs. 16-17 of them I considered him a very good online friend.

Litigator told me that he got the email. I did not believe him so he told me a part of it that only Alki and I would know.
Alki said he showed it to Lit and Lit "warned him to stay away and I was a dangerous person". Litigator said he did not say anything of the kind like that to alki. He said alki called him and they spoke for 45 minutes about me. So, I said "Ok ok, so what is you opinion". He said "you got fucked". He went on to say that alki inherited his money and has never worked for it. He said "you and I work for our money". Lit said he was a self made man and alki just received a monthly check.
Even after I bought my stock on 07-08-09, I always perceived alki as a hard working, get up and move, mover and shaker, nose to the grindstone kind of guy. Back in the early 90's on "Cuseeme", he once held a round table meeting in his garage, on cam !, and wanted to get it on a cable station and do a show. It never came through.
Turns out he was from a billionaire family all this time and everyone knew but me. Even when he was on jtv saying "I'm alki david a billionaire......" I thought, "wow that's stretching the truth a mile wide". Turns out he does come from a billionaire family. Who cares.
If I had invested in Netflix instead of FilmOn, that lone purchase today would have made me about $450k, selling that stock. Today, I got nothing from FilmOn. If I lost my original investment, then I lost it. There were too many things going on behind the scenes I did not know about and if I did, I would have never invested that money in FilmOn. FilmOn or Netflix. My 16 yr friendship ONLINE ONLY swayed me to buy his stock. He said "I have a lot riding on this" and was upset.

Back in the early 90's on "Cuseeme", he once held a round table meeting in his garage, on cam !, and wanted to get it on a cable station and do a show. It never came through.
Turns out he was from a billionaire family all this time and everyone knew but me. Even when he was on jtv saying "I'm alki david a billionaire......" I thought, "wow that's stretching the truth a mile wide". Turns out he does come from a billionaire family. Who cares.
If I had invested in Netflix instead of FilmOn, that lone purchase today would have made me about $450k, selling that stock. Today, I got nothing from FilmOn. If I lost my original investment, then I lost it. There were too many things going on behind the scenes I did not know about and if I did, I would have never invested that money in FilmOn. FilmOn or Netflix. My 16 yr friendship ONLINE ONLY swayed me to buy his stock. He said "I have a lot riding on this" and was upset.
Never make friends online. Ever. It's fake.... more tomorrow !!
