Someone in the shoutbox posted a link where you could report DMCA violations to the government. Harry was told about that and his response was " are you planning on making this chat about telling me how to do my job? the thought is appreciated but i'd rather pass" (end quote).
Isn't it NICE how harry_balzac gets to pick and choose which TOS he decides to enforce? Many people have complained about him kicking and banning people for his mere whims and enjoyment despite complaints that they aren't even breaking any TOS. So when a severe abuse is brought to his attention- he fails to take action. So I guess you can now play whatever movie you want in order to attract people into your room ?
With the movie studios losing millions of dollars each year to piracy, actions (or non actions) of administrators only exacerbate the problem when they turn a blind eye and allow this to continue.
If he doesn't want to enforce the rules and terms of service of the battlecam community then he should be forever barred from picking and chosing which ones he wants to enforce and when he decides to enforce them. Clearly, this sends a very poor message to any user who would have no clue on a day to day basis what is allowed and what might get you banned.
It's not the first time this has went on. It's not the first time Harry has been told it is going on.
It's sad enough when your private information is given out. It's not safe.
Speak up and you just might receive a death threat ! (or banned !)

Yes this has been going on at BC for some time now and I'm not sure but the times I have seen it happening before I think it was that same user. Harry's response? Obviously no surprises there.

Alki needs to do something about this even Mariana is fed up with it. Harry goes at others who troll when he does it himself with a few even calling out their accounts. He is clearly a spoiled cretin who has no idea how reality works. How does a site owner miss a glaring and obvious problem that has existed for years and that 98% of his customers see? He is not paying attention and doesn't care. As long as he is getting what he wants from his toy he isn't too concerned with whether or not it is any sort of success. Battlecam has always been a mystifying mess in the way it is run and Harry is just one of the biggest turds near the top of the shitpile. Don't expect things to change any time soon.
