Battlecam caster claims he hasn't been paid !

Remember to note that Scott777 was not paid until after a complaint was made to the FCC.

You "earn money" for getting on cam. It is not a gift.  It's taxable income for your work.

alki uses everyone. even all the new people are realizing he lies. we all cam up and don't get paid. the mods boot you before you get 60 seconds so they don't have to pay out anyway. the viewers counts are regged.

What a surprise! BC is a scam???

The money he owes these casters is not really earned income. They advertise the money gimmick as a promotion or a contest, but the payment of the money is no gift and it is certainly taxable winnings over a certain amount. I wonder if they issued a 1099 or other appropriate tax form to Scott when they paid him? Payment of those monies is not at Alki's whim legally for sure.

I am sure Alki has been expecting this to eventually become a bigger issue. If he hasn't then he is the moron I think he is. Like many foreigners Alki is accustomed to playing a little tin god with his money and he thinks he is above and beyond American laws concerning such mundane issues as payments to employees or contest winners. He no doubt has no money to speak of under the FilmOn business so lawsuits against that entity may not yield much in the way of payment of a judgment unless he is pulled into it personally. With all his foreign connections he could be difficult to sue and collect from.

Hopefully at least the FCC might become involved and fine the hell out of him or withdraw his license. That could do some damage. Alki has always operated BC and FilmOn according to his personal whims, it would be nice to see him get snagged for it.

For someone supposedly so wealthy he is really remarkably niggardly when it comes to fairly petty amounts of money - how's that one for an "N" word Alki?

The video was removed because this boat guy probably didn't want a perma ban from the site.

Anything that involves money you wait a very long time for that is, if you even get it.

The last Karaoke contest advertised involved cash, not a word was mentioned of any winners or cash given out. This recent karaoke contest T-shirts and points were given and this time winners were announced. Same with the Halloween contest this past October advertised cash for the winners. There were no updates on the winners or cash given out to anyone.

The site uses cash promotions but does not always pay out. False advertising for sure.

Is anyone really shocked that Alki David lies? Are we really shocked? How many people have we seen him turn on? How many people have we seen him trash? Start that list!

Newsflash: He thinks he is above the law and he doesn't care. He said once if everyone left bc he would still keep it open for himself. We are all fools for constantly using his site when we all know he is using us.
