New Yorks Finest Police officer gets scammed!!

This SCUMBAG was casting with his telephone as he walked along New York Streets. He stopped and asked a police officer if he could have "$1.00 for the bus so I can get home".  The police officer reached for money and started to give it to him.  This scumbag asked "Can I have that $10?".  The officer said "No, I have a family".  This scumbag casts by the name of Duke.

He walked away and counted his money (theft by deception) and laughed that the police officer gave him $4.00.  He then went down the street and bought himself a pretzel.  

What a scumbag. This guy does not need that hard working mans money.  He sits at home all day long and casts on a webcam.

I'd like to take a moment to thank all of the fine men and women of all law enforcement and any first responders. You do a FANTASTIC job and you are appreciated!! 

Be proud Duke. You are one lowlife thief by lying to that officer.
