Harry balzac has some GREAT ideas for battlecam

First, harry believes that only the top talent should be allowed to cast on tv time.  Each caster will be reviewed.  They will take into consideration looks, aesthetics, talent and humor.  Other casters can still broadcast in the siderooms but will not be allowed to cast on main during tv time.

This is a great idea!  This will attract new viewers to see the upper echelon of intelligent people to watch rather than some dumbass who contributes nothing.  It's great ideas like this that keep battlecam exciting and fresh.  Harry told alki and alki is on board to let harry have creative control for battlecam to start implementing his ideas to make it an updated exciting place to be.
